"Im Sommer 1994 war ein ehemaliges russisches Kasernengelände in Potsdam/Krampnitz Schauplatz einer künstlerischen Feldreise, zu der Ro.Ka.Wi. auf einem 12 m langen Bankett-Tisch 'Das letzte Ma(h)l' inszenierte... Bei dem Beitrag zu dieser Feldreise ging es um Zerstörung und Überwucherung, um Verschwinden und Verfall: eine Woche lang wurde per Video dokumentiert, wie sich auf diesem Brachgelände die Natur das Areal zurück eroberte. Denn hier war nach dem Truppenabzug nicht nur der Verfall des fortan ungenutztes Geländes zu beobachten, sondern analog dazu auf dem Bankett-Tisch auch wimmelndes Gewürm."
"In the summer of 1994, Ro.Ka.Wi. used a former Russian barracks complex as the setting for an artistic field trip for which she staged her piece ‚'The last time' on a 12-metre-long banquet table... Here, on the contrary, we find ourselves confronted with the movements of destruction and overgrowing, disappearance and decay: video documentation shows how over the course of a week nature reconquered the space. After the withdrawal of the troops, it was not only the decay of the henceforth unused surrounding area that could be observed, but also the ever-greater presence of insectile life on the banquet table."
